Baldur's Gate has always been my favorite CRPG of all time, so I thought I'd write a pilot episode if it were to ever be made into a TV series (which, if you ask me, it'd make for a great fantasy series). It's maybe a bit short, but it's mainly meant to portray just the prologue of the game.

Two brothers become separated when one joins a deadly annual hunting expedition to avenge his parents, but when both are faced against people who can create matter out of thin air, it tears them further apart than they could have imagined.

A student from a top academic high school who has no inner monologue transfers to an average school, where he becomes an instant rival to the mind-reading student council president when he becomes interested in the same girl as him, and the two compete to be the first who asks her on a date.
